Danica Patrick drives full time in NASCAR this year!
Danica Patrick is feeling a lot more comfortable in a stock car these days. But what can we expect as she embarks on her first full season in the NASCAR Nationwide Series?

Patrick held her own in qualifying.
She qualified 29th which was faster than two-time Daytona 500 winner Michael Waltrip, 2004 Sprint Cup champion Kurt Busch and perennial Chase contender Denny Hamlin, to name a few.
Patrick drives the 'Go Daddy' car for Toney Stewart and Gene Haas.
"I hope [her appearance in NASCAR] is something like Tiger Woods [rookie year in the PGA], where we get more and more people to watch the sport," said Haas, the co-owner of Stewart-Haas Racing, as he watched his new driver do laps at Daytona. OK, this wasn't Woods walking down the 18th fairway of Augusta National in 1997 en route to becoming the first black golfer to win the Masters.
"Obviously, Tiger was a man in a man's sport," Haas said. "She's a woman in a man's sport. If she can just hold her own, I'll be impressed."
You can say what you want about Tiger Woods,(or 3 time NASCAR champion Toney Stewart for that matter) but he never, ever looked this good!
