I think this is a beautiful machine, the pretty scientist working on it isn't bad either
Terra forming is not a new idea, we always knew that for humans to live on Mars permanently that it would require changing the planet to suit us, now that technology is possible. NASA goes back to Mars to study the practicality of making these long term changes on the red planet.
Mars as we see it today
The near future could see Mars with oceans and a breathable atmosephere.
