NASA hard at work testing the Orion capsule.

Orion is the vehicle for the crew. The Space Launch System has a configuration for the Orion vehicle and a second configuration for cargo. The SLS is similar to the Ares V rocket. There exist other rockets in the planning stages. Someone else who knows these in detail is welcomed to add to this.
